Raylie is a wonderful baby, she sleeps in bed with me and wakes up 2-4 times a night. Even on the nights when she wakes up more she just nurses and goes right back to sleep so I barely even wake up. For the most part I feel rested, it has been such a different experience than with Ryder-bug. In the morning Raylie is very smiley and likes to lay and talk, she rarely cries in the night or when she first wakes up.
During the day she is a very chill little lady... except in the car. Mostly she likes to be talked to and entertained, but she will lay and play on the floor, sit in the jumper, or sit in the bumbo seat (which apparently is her favorite place to poop). When she is ready for a nap she really likes to be set in her swing. Occasionally she will nurse to sleep. She isn't nearly as talkative or giggly as Ryder was at this age, though she does think her brother is pretty funny indeed. She will smile at mommy and daddy, and sometimes giggle for me, but Ryder can really get her to chuckle the most.
Raylie goes with me to work at Flightschool Gymnastics on Mondays and Thursdays for 3 hours. She sleeps in the swing there and when she is awake she will lay on the floor, sit in the bumbo, or a lot of the time, wants to be held. This is a challenge for me since I have 26 girls this year... it's a lot!
We sure love having our beautiful girl to complete our family. Ryder loves being a big brother!
